Online Filing and Form Index for Business Filings 

Online Filing:  The Secretary of State is a partner in Business for West Virginia, the State's online business exchange.  Electronic filing services are now available for new business registration and other filings atwww.business4wv.com.  Additional online filings will be added in the future.  The website also includes information and links to all the main licensing agencies. Customers may use the site at their convenience, 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
